01 — Knowledge · Training

Training that actually transfers.

We take enterprise technology — whatever's in your stack — and translate it into skills your people can use on Monday morning.

The diagnosis

The gap isn't awareness. It's ability.

Most training programs end where the real work begins. People watch the slides, tick the completion box, and go back to the same workflows they had on Monday. Nothing changes. A quarter later, the company is paying to retrain the same team on the same platform.

We build training for the other outcome: the moment someone stops hesitating and starts using the tool. That means curriculum designed around actual workflows, hands-on activation inside the real platform, and measurement that tracks behavior — not just attendance.

It's the discipline that made Meta partner with us for the Boost Your Business program: we could bridge a multi-billion-dollar advertising stack to a market of owner-operators who had never run a digital campaign. They didn't need to understand Meta's ad algorithm. They needed to confidently publish a live campaign with their own money. That's the outcome we design for.

What's inside

What a Knowledge engagement looks like.

  • Staff enablement programs

End-to-end capability-building for AI adoption, SaaS rollouts, and platform migrations. For the team that already has the tool and isn't using it.

  • Public and ecosystem programs

Training delivered on behalf of platform partners (Meta, Zoho, others) to their customer or developer base, at scale.

  • Train-the-trainer

Internal capacity so your L&D or tech team can carry delivery forward without us — with our curriculum, measurement framework, and ongoing support.

  • Curriculum design

Standalone or embedded. We can build the program and hand it over; or build and run it; or redesign what you already have.

  • Measurement & reporting

Every program ships with a measurement plan: attendance, completion, hands-on activation, and post-program behavior. Data backed, secure, and readable at any point.

Anchor engagement

We made Meta's tools usable for business owners who'd never run an ad.

Multi-cohort delivery of the Boost Your Business program — Ads Manager, Business Suite, WhatsApp for Business — to Nigerian business owners.

How we engage

Engagement models.

Single cohort

2–6 weeks

A one-off need: product rollout, conference, executive workshop. Curriculum + delivery + measurement report.

Multi-cohort program

3–12 months

National or regional programs with repeat delivery. We design once, deliver multiple times, refine between cohorts. Platform-partner programs usually live here.

Embedded training function

3–6 months

Enterprises building an internal capability permanently. We stand up the function, train the trainers, and transition out.

FAQs

Common questions.

Do you deliver on-site, remote, or hybrid?+

All three. The mix depends on audience, geography, and activation requirements. For the Meta engagement we ran multi-city in-person cohorts; for enterprise staff enablement, hybrid is more common.

Can you deliver in languages other than English?+

Yes. Local-language delivery available for Nigeria and SSA markets; we'll confirm capacity at scoping.

Can you train on a platform you don't have a formal partnership with?+

Yes. Our curriculum practice is platform-agnostic. For named platform partnerships (Meta, Zoho), there's additional depth we can bring — official materials, certified delivery, credentialing.

How do you measure adoption as an outcome?+

We agree the behavior we're trying to change at scoping (e.g., "participants publish a live ad campaign within 14 days"), then instrument measurement for that specific behavior. It's the outcome, not the attendance, we report on.

Can you help us design training without delivering it?+

Yes — that's the curriculum-only engagement. We design, hand over, and stay available for consultation as you deliver internally.
