Over 4,000 participants enrolled into the MTN ICT & Business Skills Foundation Program. Hybrid delivery, in-person training paired with an LMS-driven e-learning track, designed and run end-to-end. Delivered in collaboration with Meta on digital skills components.

Single cohort

A one-off need: product rollout, conference, executive workshop. Curriculum + delivery + measurement report.

Multi-cohort program

3–12 months

National or regional programs with repeat delivery. We design once, deliver multiple times, refine between cohorts. Platform-partner programs usually live here.

Embedded training function

3–6 months

Enterprises building an internal capability permanently. We stand up the function, train the trainers, and transition out.

Common questions.

Do you deliver on-site, remote, or hybrid?+

All three. The mix depends on audience, geography, and activation requirements. For nationwide programs we typically run multi-city in-person paired with an e-learning track on a hosted LMS.

Can you deliver in languages other than English?+

Yes. Local-language delivery is available for Nigeria and SSA markets. We also use AI-led localisation to translate and adapt content, then deliver it through your LMS so the program scales without re-running the design every time.

Do you deploy learning management systems?+

Yes. We design, deploy, and load curricula onto Trainer Central or your LMS of choice, then run the program on it. That's how we handle large nationwide cohorts end-to-end, from enrolment to certification.
