The brief
MTN needed a platform that could run, track, and certify training across a large internal population — and produce reports leadership could trust. Training at that scale had been happening, but there was no shared spine to measure it.
What was really going on
Large-scale training without good measurement produces the same outcome every time: high delivery volume, unclear business impact, and a recurring challenge to justify the budget. Before we could add value through the training itself, we had to give the team a platform that proved what was already happening.
What we did
