The brief
City of David runs skill-acquisition programs that reach thousands of congregation members. They needed a partner who could deliver practical digital training at community scale — meeting the same quality bar as our enterprise work, tuned to a very different audience.
What was really going on
Community-scale training is harder than enterprise training, not easier. The audience is more varied, the motivations more personal, and the measurement less obvious. Programs that work here have to earn attention without the forcing function of an enterprise calendar.

- 02Delivery — [format, duration, cohort model — to fill].
- 03Activation and mentorship — paired program content with follow-through support.
- 04Measurement — completion and post-program capability outcomes.
