The brief
First Bank needed a Zoho-based solution for a specific, high-stakes event — where getting the technology wrong wasn't an option. The deployment had to be scoped, configured, and functional within a tight window, and ready for staff who had to use it live.
What was really going on
Events like this one fail quietly. The platform works, the team is trained, but on the day of, people fall back to familiar spreadsheets because the system doesn't quite fit their workflow. We had to scope the implementation so the platform matched how the team would actually operate in the room.
What we did
- 01Scope — mapped the real event workflows, not the idealized ones.
- 02Configuration — Zoho modules set up to mirror those workflows.
- 03Integration — stitched to First Bank's existing systems.
- 04Training and activation — live walkthroughs and dry runs before event day.
- 05Event-day support — on-the-ground adoption support during the event itself.
What changed
